Refund and Returns Policy

At Mr. Soroush Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and tags attached.
  • Certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, and hygiene-related items (e.g., baby bottles, pacifiers, etc.), are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email our support team at mr.soroush.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Shipping the Item – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund – Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for approved returns that meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Partial refunds may be granted in cases where an item is returned in a condition different from when it was shipped.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
